The Promise of Life Restored

Abraham and Sarah are a new picture of Adam and Eve. Even in the scene of Sarah’s death. This scene is full of Eden language, and reminds us that the consequences of sin is in fact death. But this is not the tragedy of death we read about from the garden. There is hope here, because of God’s promise to restore life.
