2023 Mountain Moving Prayers
We believe that these are the NEXT STEPS that God has for Capital West. Would you join us in prayer that God would work through our church body to accomplish 1,000 new Next Steps among the congregation, including:
"Have faith in God," Jesus answered. “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.”
Mark 11:22-23
"For this reason, I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen."
Ephesians 3:14-21
- Five new Life Groups that meet on weeknights.
- Each ministry area of Capital West would see one person move from servant to servant leader.
- Capital West B.L.E.S.S.es the community by building three new community partnerships.
- That God would lead 10 people to develop a passion for global missions and commit to joining our 2024 team in Guatemala.
- The culture of B.L.E.S.S. causes our members to be so inviting that we need the additional space of a third service.
- That God would give us a clear vision for our Next Step in establishing a vibrant college-aged ministry.
