When God won’t give you what you want, what do you do? Yield? Submit? Beg? In Genesis 6, spiritual beings mate with humans in an attempt to make them immortal. It’s a second narrative of the fall, but this time it is angels who are falling. The result of this fall is the same as the first - when we seek life and abundance, we lose them.
